Returns & Refunds
Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Fiestan. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Wrong Sizes
If you receive an item with the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for the correct size to be shipped to you, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within about 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for the exchange, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.
